A line of pelicans in the distance patrolling the waters, ready to swoop down on their unsuspecting supper.
I ask you, how would a pelican or how would the DNA of proto-pelican (or do we have to go back to slime?) 'know' to start evolving the nifty beak-neck pouch, so he could fly off with his fresh supper?
Can an 'evolutionary' feedback loop REALLY get from slime to pouch??

Absolutely NOT! but a loving God would provide whatever necessary for all His creatures, including, but not limited to, pelicans!
